Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis ct 1,8 cineole) essential oil is stimulating and promotes mental focus and memory retention. Rosemary is a top choice for muscle aches and pains when applied topically. This particular type of Rosemary is high in a molecule named 1,8 cineole (commonly known as Eucalyptol). Oils with significant Eucalyptol content such as this one may be helpful for respiratory support (decongests and softens mucus). Please read safety notes below.

USAGE

For skin application, add just 1 drop to 1 teaspoon unscented lotion or organic carrier oil and gently massage into the skin as needed for muscle aches or pains. Add a few drops to an ultrasonic diffuser to aid with memory and focus.

Contains camphor. Avoid during pregnancy. It is not recommended to use 1,8 cineole (eucalyptol-rich) oils on or around young children. Asthmatics and pregnant women should consult their licensed physician prior to any essential oil exposure. Alternative respiratory health oils for children and elderly include Frankincense, Cedarwood, and Rosalina. Also consider lower dilutions.
