Clary Sage -Salvia sclarea (not to be confused with other sage species!) is most known for it’s mood and hormone balancing properties. It’s especially helpful for females with hot flashes and night sweats. Although it may help with menstrual cramps, it has been known to increase menstrual flow, so use caution if you already experience heavy periods.
